Check out the new exhibitions opening this Friday 9/11 at the Santa Monica Museum of Art. Allen Ruppersberg is among the first generation of American conceptual artists that also includes John Baldessari, Douglas Huebler, and Bruce Nauman who redefined artistic practices during the 1970s. The show will be up through December 19, 2009.
