This video that accompanies Kehinde Wiley's World Stage Israel exhibition that showed at Roberts & Tilton, Los Angeles this summer is pretty darn insightful into the working process of one of contemporary art's most polarizing figures. We worked very closely with Kehinde during the summer, and came away with a lot of amazing memories and some things to take with us: the cover to Issue 114, "The Peaches and Cream Issue"; this article; a video; the vernissage dinner which was attended by Joaquin Phoenix, Dita Von Teese, David LaChappelle, and a grip of the art world's heaviest hitters; and we took one of Kehinde's subjects, Israeli rapper Kalkidan (featured in the below video) down to perform at our massive party in Coachella. We miss you, Kehinde!
