Slow, serene, and versatile enough for a late night drive, or early morning gaze out the window, Baseball Game’s new song “Woman,” highlights the magic sure to come on the duo’s self-titled, debut EP, out August 7th.
Of “Woman,” the band said, “We wanted the song musically to feel like we were in a trance, the same way we felt when watching random YouTube videos of people dancing to slow disco from the 70s without sound.”
The song’s lyrics describe an infatuation with a person, a moment, an idea. The band explained, “This could be anything that acts as a distraction that you don’t mind being distracted by.”
One thing is certain, this is one song you won’t mind passing the time with. Listen below.
