Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, the rising star continues to release music with substance, touching on real life experiences in a way that listeners can’t help but gravitate towards. His latest project “2 Shepherds” has amassed over 129 million streams on Spotify alone, and Jalen keeps feeding his growing fanbase with meaningful records and visuals.
Now, he returns to unleash the official music video for “Hunnid Million Liquid (HML),” premiered exclusively on _Flaunt_. Closing out Santoy’s most recent project titled _2 Shepherds Deluxe,_ the powerful record is paired with an equally powerful black-and-white video. The inspiration song was derived from the aspiration to tell a story other than his own.
He states, “While writing this song, I began to think about the feelings inhabited by someone who’s not able to freely express and what they might want to be heard. What’s in that open letter that likely won’t be read?” This follows Jalen’s last release with the “[Dip](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQHIMptM3pg)” music video, released back in July.
