Born in Boston but now based in Los Angeles, [johan lenox](https://www.instagram.com/johanlenox/?hl=en) has quietly become one of the most sought after collaborators across R&B and hip-hop, lending his substantial classical talents to an array of artists ranging from Travis Scott, Big Sean and Ty Dolla $ign to Teyana Taylor, 070 Shake and Selena Gomez. Outside of this, he’s been crafting a reputation for his own releases, gaining notable support for his unique blend of high-end hip pop.
Today, Flaunt premieres his latest video for “The Rest Of Our Life,” a wonderful collaboration between lenox, Reo Cragun and Maya B. Capturing the unique vocals and production of lenox, the gorgeous vocal tones of Maya B, and the distinct flow of Cragun, the track serves as a must-listen.
Speaking on the release, johan lenox states, “I chose to write about coming of age and adjusting to the repetitive rhythms of adulthood. I brought my background as a symphonic composer to the forefront with live string arrangements, applying what I learned from working with Kanye West to the production and making the whole thing feel like a constantly-evolving journey. I thought juxtaposing a new artist like Maya with a more established artist like Reo would help create that eclecticism so I was elated when they were down to help with that.”
