Following [iann dior](https://www.instagram.com/ianndior/?hl=en)’s super successful collaboration with 24kGoldn, “Mood,” he’s back with another duo release that matches the upbeat energy of the hit single.
Dior has quickly been gaining many fans with his “feel good” verses and fresh beats that mix both song and rap. In 2020, Dior for the first time got the #1 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart with over one billion streams for the song “Mood” just on Spotify alone. His newest remix of “Prospect” further continues this pattern.
The “Prospect” remix features the very talented Chinese rapper [Lil Ghost](https://www.instagram.com/6____ghost/?hl=en). The rap sensation also known as the “Lil Baby of China” most recently was featured in a remix of 24kGoldn and iann dior’s hit song “Mood.” Ghost found tremendous fame and success through the Chinese show, _Idol Producer,_ a survival game show where contestants show their talents and compete to become a part of a brand new “idol” group. The show was hosted by Mandopop icon [Lay Zhang](https://flaunt.com/content/global-icon-lay-zhang-unleashes-lit-album) and other celebrities. When the time to vote came for the members who would become the boy group, Lil Ghost was the 8th member chosen by 7.8 million people who voted for him to become part of that supergroup known as Nine Percent.
The music video for “Prospect (Remix)” starts off with retro-styled visuals while Lil Ghost immediately starts rapping his chorus in Mandarin. The visuals are reminiscent of the original music video, however, they have their own fresh and iconic twist. The effects are quick and dynamic, which matches the energy of the song’s fast beats and changing paces of the verses.
“Prospect (Remix)” combines two Gen Z rappers of today from different parts of the world.
