[Jenny Holzer](https://projects.jennyholzer.com/), the American Conceptual artist, collaborated with [The Skateroom](https://theskateroom.com/) to create a skateboard deck that illuminates Trump’s impeachment. Holzer has created artwork using a range of different media such as projections, LED signs, banners and more. Continuing her role as an important political voice, she carved out her message on a skateboard deck.
Through her artwork, she has encouraged political conversations and brought awareness to gun safety issues, climate change , LGBTQ+ (Trans Lives Matter), and civic engagement.

This time, the deck addresses Trump’s abuse of power and how the House voted to impeach Trump for attempting to take away the U.S. citizens right to a free and fair election.
There are 25 limited marble edition boards and 500 limited wood edition boards. Both are “set in stone” with the word _“_**_IMPEACH_**” carved out.
This is not the first Jenny Holzer X The Skateroom collaboration. In 2018, they created an aluminum deck to fund AIDS awareness and raised $23,100 for the NYC AIDS Memorial.
For the marble decks, a portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting two U.S. based non-profits that Holzer picked: Change the Ref and Vote.org. The Skateroom will use a portion of the proceeds for their fundraising model that support social skateboarding projects that help at-risk youth.
