Superstar Kygo at his first-ever Palm Tree Records label showcase at Create the Lab in Los Angeles presented by 17LIVE.
Live Lounge presented by 17LIVE hosted the first-ever label showcase for Kygo’s Palm Tree Records, a joint venture with Sony Music Entertainment on August 27, 2021.
Kygo is best known for his chart topping hits like the multi-Platinum “It Ain’t Me” with Selena Gomez, “Higher Love” with Whitney Houston, “Like It Is” with Zara Larsson & Tyga, and “Lose Somebody” with OneRepublic. The Norwegian artist said the event was a great opportunity to show off the label.
“I’m excited for my artists to have the opportunity to show the world what they’re capable of,” said Kygo.
The showcase lineup included performances from artists such as Toronto-based DJ/PRoducer [Frank Walker](https://www.instagram.com/frankwalker/), electronic duo [Forester](https://www.instagram.com/forestermusic/), Songwriter/producer [Haywood](https://www.instagram.com/leahhaywood/), and Nashville-based writer/producer [Petey Martin](https://www.instagram.com/peteymartin/?hl=en).
Influencers and celebrities such as model and TV personality Camille Kostek, Football player Chase DeMoor from the popular Netflix show “Too Hot To Handle” attended the showcase along with Billboard’s on-camera host Chelsea Briggs with hosting duties, and many more.
