Since the age of 5, she began to sing and quickly fell in love with anything that had to do with music. With a unique style in both her music and personality, the “Dead Roses” rapper began to take things seriously at the age of 20 — rapping in high school garnering much attention after releasing her magnetic freestyles on social media.  Now, she returns with her most fire song yet, “Slide,” premiered exclusively on Flaunt. A song that you can’t skip, XO reveals putting many hours into the record alongside her producer Dretta. Practice makes perfect and 20 mixes later, they were finally satisfied. With lyrics like “I’m in the passenger he keeps calling me pretty, windows tinted mind ya business can’t see in it,” XO showcases her girly yet tough side. Speaking on the record, XO states, “Every girl loves feeling exclusive with her man, I wanted to do something for the solid females out there who listen to me. The visuals give it that extra spark, my first time doing any type of dancing in a video. Technically I had no idea what I was doing, I just wanted to try something new and test my limits.” Thankfully, the girls were patient with XO and devoted to teaching her the choreography. “Slide” serves as the first single from her forthcoming album _XOXO_, dropping early December.
