After a whirlwind year, which included a sold-out 13 city tour North American and European tour, the release of his _SUGA_ album and a hit single, “Play Too Much” featuring Duckwrth and UMI, Dion is back to debut, not one, but two new singles and a visual to match. In his bio, you can find, “If it ain’t soul, it ain’t whole,” and that’s exactly what he came to deliver. Premiering his latest, “That Don’t Mean A Thing” with its accompanying video and “Stressed Out” Dion adds a bit of musical therapy and healing to the world. Here to bring us his signature falsetto, he also describes his new sound as fresh pop with R&B and soul vocal inflections and a message to ease the wounds of 2020. ““Stressed Out” is what the world is feeling right now,” Dion details. “There’s this thick air of hopelessness, despair, and anger that seems to have consumed the world in 2020, but through all of that there’s also empowerment and this sense of closeness as we’re all going through it together.” “Then, on “That Don’t Mean A Thing” I wanted to give a new energy to the world because everything’s so heavy right now,” he continued. “We need more joy, and we forget it is an important part of life to maintain for ourselves, and right now it’s somewhat buried under all the stress that’s currently in the world. It’s one of those songs that should make you feel good and make you want to dance.”  Check out the video for “That Don’t Mean A Thing” below!
