Rockie Brown, the British/Filipino dark-pop artist originally from Los Angeles, now calls Las Vegas her home.
Her husky voice, compelling lyrics, and heavy grooves has certainly helped her last three songs chart a million on Spotify and landed her a spot singing with the Las Vegas Raiders house band.
In Brown's newest track, "Tell Me Lies," signed to The Blast! Ministry / Sony Music Publishing, Brown talks about what it is like to have a family member go full-on conspiracy.
Brown told us, "This one hurt to write, sing, and it hurts to listen to it. But writing it helped to get it out. I know other people must be going through this same thing, so it felt good to talk about it....to scream about it. It's like an exorcism."
While lyrically heavy, "Tell Me Lies" is a fresh sound and infectious mood.
