After years of writing songs held within her bedroom, Sister Gemini has released her debut single, “Elvira.” After being publicly outed at her Catholic high school, she found catharsis in turning to songwriting and toured up and down the Bay Area. Now in Los Angeles, she’s free to pursue her passions, and “Elvira” is a promising start.

“Elvira” acts as an apology for past mistakes, told through a catchy tune that would find its home while driving down the California coast. “I had such a soft spot for my ex that I assisted him in doing what he did to me. This song was born out of guilt,” says Sister Gemini.
