Meet Jules Liesl—a vibrant, emerging talent poised to make her mark in the world of music. While she hasn’t yet dropped her debut single, her energy, vision, and unwavering passion have already set the stage for a promising career. Jules represents a fresh, unapologetic voice in gay dance-pop, and with her infectious spirit, she’s here to remind us all to have fun, embrace our true selves, and dance like no one’s watching.

A Dream Born from the Spotlight

From the moment she could breathe, Jules knew she was destined to perform. “I used to sing at every recital, competition, talent show, family event, or gathering,” she shares. “I just surrounded myself with music as much as possible!” Growing up idolizing icons like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Shakira, Jules fell in love with the glitz and emotion of pop music. Later, inspired by trailblazers like Lady Gaga, she envisioned a world where her music could liberate and inspire others.

Her journey took her from her hometown to California, where she initially pursued modeling before returning to her first love: music. “When I met my manager, Greg Centineo, he believed in me so much. Together, we started building my brand and teaching me everything from recording and writing to dancing and performing. It’s been seven years of growth, and I’ve loved every second of it.”

Crafting a Vision of Freedom

Jules’ music is a reflection of her colorful personality: "Nostalgic dance-pop, that unapologetic, fun dance-pop from the early 2000s!" Her goal? Simple - Jules wants to create a space where listeners feel empowered to let loose and celebrate their individuality. “I want people who listen to my music to feel free about who they are—that it’s okay to be a little weird, wild, and crazy with no judgment,” she says.

Jules’ songwriting process is an extension of her synesthesia, a condition that allows her to see music in colors and shapes. “I love coming up with melodies and themes. I need a good beat and lyric to start, and then I’m off and running!” she explains. She also aims to tackle deeper themes through her art, including mental health awareness and rare illnesses, which are close to her heart.

Building a Creative Dream Team

Jules has surrounded herself with a powerhouse team to bring her vision to life. Introduced to industry veterans Phoenix Stone and Sybil Hall of Halogen Entertainment , two of the most influential music executives in the business, who I get the pleasure and honor to also call two of my closest friends. These two created the blueprint for the modern-day pop star that Jules aspires to be, and they immediately enlisted friends and collaborators like the legendary Richard Jackson (best known as the creative mastermind behind Lady Gaga’s visuals and choreography). Together, they’ve been crafting Jules’ debut music and visual projects, ensuring that her first release will be nothing short of captivating.

Reflecting on her journey so far, she beams about memorable performances, like her show at Carnival. “The audience was amazing, my outfit was sick, and my dancers looked so sexy!"
