The skincare market is hot these days, as celebrities and public figures are dipping their toes into the industry left and right. Whether using simple drugstore products or luxurious cleansers and creams, a skincare routine is something that is highly personal.

For model Dina Khoury, skincare is something that she does not take lightly. Khoury has worked with many major brands as a model and loves to keep a healthy lifestyle and a fresh face so she can be camera ready. As a busy, multifaceted professional, one of the ways she takes time for herself is through her skincare routine, which she is sharing with the world. Khoury reminds people that skin care is not just what you are putting on the surface but more importantly, proper nutrition and hydration. Water and a healthy diet are the staples in having great skin as Khoury believes beauty truly comes from the inside out.

Khoury describes her morning and night routines "therapeutic" and has shared some of her favorite products.

Cleanser

Whether it's wearing makeup for a photoshoot or a good sweat session in the gym, Khoury loves a good cleanser that is sure to wash it all away. La Roche Posay has many amazing products, two in particular Khoury uses daily. The Toleriane Purifying Foaming Facial Cleanser is her go to facial foaming cleanser. This cleanser is for normal to oily skin and gently removes dirt, makeup and other impurities from the face. 

Serums

Next up, from La Roche Posay is the Hyalu B5 Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Khoury started using this product a few months ago and has been hooked ever since. This is an anti-aging, ultra hydrating face and neck serum that helps the skin feel plump and healthy. It restores the skin’s natural moisture and is meant to be applied before your moisturizer. 

Eye Cream

From ice rollers to even a bowl of ice, depuffing those under eyes can be tricky. Brighten and awaken around your eyes with Khourys go-to, La Mer’s Eye Concentrate. This is a luxurious eye cream that reduces the appearance of dark circles, lines and wrinkles. A little tip, cool the applicator in the fridge before applying for a refreshing feel around your eyes.

Moisturizer

Khoury loves this daily moisturizer for how it has renewed her skin leaving it firmer, brighter and hydrated. Retinol

The Skinceuticals Retinol 0.5 night cream minimizes pores and breakouts while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This cream is designed to be applied at night, just before going to sleep. Khoury uses this just once or twice per week and sometimes mixes a small amount with her moisturizer. Retinol may increase photosensitivity, so always remember to use high-protection, broad spectrum sunscreen and consult with your dermatologist before using this product. 

Mask

The busy lifestyle of living in big cities, like New York, naturally has people surrounded by many outside pollutants. Biologique Recherche’s Masque VIP O2 is an oxygenating and anti-pollution face mask. Khoury finds her skin more radiant after using this mask for 15 minutes every other week. This product neutralizes pollutants to prevent them from reaching the skin cells and eliminates cellular waste built up by the oxidation of lipids and proteins. It is meant to be used as needed, generally once a week or every other week for 15 minutes.

Lips

Living in a city where winters are very cold, Khoury doesn’t leave out proper lip care.  The Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask is intended to be used as a lip sleeping mask before going to bed however, Khoury loves the way it nourishes and hydrates her lips that she uses throughout the day. Laniege also has a Lip Glowy Balm  that is a cult favorite. They come in a variety of fun flavors, such as Berry, Gummy Bear, Peach and more.
