On Friday, January 14, Gucci presented its Men’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection in Milan, Italy. The collection is based on the aesthetic of improvisation and creativity as it embodies the originality coming from the craftsmen behind the brand.

The collection was presented on a round stage, surrounding a live performance by Marc Ribot’s Ceramic Dog band. The band created a personalized soundtrack for the Gucci show, using jazz and punk music to complement the collection and its theme of improvisation.

Various garments in the collection feature the crystal ‘GG’ logo, as well as accessories from prior collections such as the ‘Piston Lock.’ The collection also features clothing with detachable pieces, such as the sleeves on jackets, to further emphasize the idea of improvisation.

Notable guests of the show include Kai, Idris and Sabrina Elba, Nick Cave, Percy Hynes White, Fontaines D.C., Jalen Ramsey, Jeremy O. Harris, LU Han, POW3R, Desmond Tan, Pierre Deladonchamps, Ghali, and Lorenzo Zurzolo.
