Swedish luxury carpet manufacturer Henzel Studio is making its way to Los Angeles for Frieze Art Week, with an exhibition at The West Hollywood Edition to celebrate ten years of the studio’s collection of artist designed carpets.

The exhibition features fifteen artists whose works span a wide range of mediums including photography, drawing, collage, and sculpture, translating their work to a new medium. Since 2012, Henzel Studio and curator Joakim Andreasson have sought to allow artists the freedom to pursue their respective visions while also exploring the the relationship between fine arts and the applied arts. What sets Henzel Studio apart is its fierce commitment to push the boundaries of decor, bridging the gap between creativity and practicality.
