In the city of Angels on February 14th, The LA Art Show welcomed guests at their Opening Night Premiere Party in support of the American Heart Association. To kick off the Los Angeles 2024 art season, famed film and television actor Lucy Hale hosted the event as a friend of AHA and a spokesperson highlighting the crucial, life-changing work AHA is currently doing for their Life Is Why Campaign, a project that aims to inspire people to commit themselves to lives of longevity and health.

Hale was introduced to the LA Art Show through her friends at AHA, who are set to celebrate their 100th anniversary this year. The actress spoke about the campaign and its inspiring ethos to honor reasons for everyone to live long and healthy lives. Damar Hamlin, former Buffalo Bills player who suffered cardiac arrest on the football field last year, attended alongside Hale for the presentation.

Along with Hamlin, LA Art Show Producer and Director Kassandra Voyagis and American Heart Association CEO Nancy Brown joined for the event. AHA survivors Danielle and Chandler Armstead both gave heartwarming presentations about their experiences.

Among the guests included Reality TV Star Francesca Farago and her fiance Jessi Sulli, Jesse Metcalfe and girlfriend Helene Immel, and supermodel Janice Dickinson. The attendees were seen admiring the artwork from gallerists and artists alike, while also enjoying the philanthropic touches as they walked down the red carpet into the event.

The LA Art Show is donating 15% of all ticket proceeds to the American Heart Association’s Life Is Why Campaign.
