Jordan Lulich’s decision to become an attorney was profoundly influenced by his father, whose unwavering commitment to justice and advocacy left a lasting impression on him. Growing up, Jordan watched his father passionately fight for the rights of friends, family, and clients, which inspired him to pursue a career where he could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This motivation led him to law school, where he dedicated himself to becoming an advocate for those in need.

Today, Jordan is a Board-Certified Real Estate Attorney. He represents a broad spectrum of clients, including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, brokers,  mortgage lenders, and injured plaintiffs. A significant portion of his practice involves the issuance of title insurance, and he proudly serves as an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company. His deep understanding of real estate law is further enhanced by his role as a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor, where he regularly educates and guides real estate professionals.

In addition to his real estate practice, Jordan is committed to representing clients in personal injury cases, particularly those involving serious injuries where individuals have been permanently affected. His work in both real estate and personal injury law is driven by a passion for helping others and ensuring that justice is served.

As a double graduate of Florida State University, Jordan returned to Indian River County in 2018 to practice law, continuing his family's legacy of service to the community. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys participating in competitive races, including half marathons, and remains actively involved with his alma mater, Indian River Charter High School, as a Board Member. Jordan’s journey in law reflects the values instilled in him by his father, and he is dedicated to making a positive impact through his work in both real estate and personal injury law.
