Pop Baby, born Evan Scot Pietrzak, has always had a passion for music. With his latest debut single “Jimmy D,” Pop Baby is using his passion to create an intoxicating and electrifying sound. 

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Pop Baby's musical journey began at the age of just six years old, when he first began to play piano. As time went on, he expanded his skills by taking voice lessons and dance classes throughout middle and high school, immersing himself in talent shows, school plays, community theater, and captivating audiences at karaoke and open-mic nights. 

Following his high school years, Pop Baby enrolled at Point Park University with aspirations of pursuing musical theater. However, driven by an unwavering dedication to his craft, he made the bold decision to devote himself wholeheartedly to a full-time musical career, leading him to withdraw from the university. Embracing his aspirations, Pop Baby immersed himself in the thriving Pittsburgh music venue scene, seizing every opportunity that came his way. It was during this hustle and grind that fate intervened, as his music caught the ear of executive Paul Marshall of DO IT Records. 

After honing his skills and refining his unique sound, Pop Baby has recently released his highly anticipated single, "Jimmy D," available on all major platforms. The inspiration behind this infectious track stems from none other than the infamous nightclub "Jimmy D's on Carson" located in Pittsburgh's vibrant Southside. The song was crafted alongside his producer, a day after their unforgettable night at the club.
