The Beogram 4000c, Saint Laurent Rive Droite Edition draws on the nostalgia of the traditional listening experience, reintroducing the turntable through a fusion of fashion and sound. In a collaboration between Saint Laurent and Bang & Olufsen, ten original Beogram 4000 turntables have been refurbished into collector’s pieces that embody the brands’ innovation. The high-fashion turntable earns a spot on the mantle, encouraging listeners to consume music intentionally. 

Anthony Vaccarello spearheaded the reimagination of the Beogram 4000c, employing the sharp  elegance he has brought to Saint Laurent since being appointed creative director in 2016. Each turntable sits in a solid ziricote wood case adorned with aluminum details. An exclusive logo is etched into a piece of aluminum at the heart of the case, commemorating the collaborative craftsmanship poured into each turntable. 

The Beogram 4000c Saint Laurent Rive Droite Edition marks the fifth collaboration between the two brands, and nods to Saint Laurent’s own designer Rive Droute spaces across the globe. The highly limited collection of turntables honor the game-changing Beogram 4000c released in the 1970s, while looking forward to the imaginative future of Saint Laurent and Bang & Olufsen. 

The Beogram 4000c Saint Laurent Rive Droite Edition will be available on the YSL online store and at Saint Laurent Rive Droite stores in Paris and Los Angeles.
