International wellness brand THE WELL and Miami real estate developer Terra celebrated their latest project, the upcoming launch of THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, on October 17. Sand and palms, canapes, and specialty cocktails from Apotheke helped transform THE WELL’s New York location into a tropical paradise reminiscent of Miami.

The event featured a live performance from Axel Tosca and Xiomara Laugart, a GRAMMY-nominated, Cuban mother-son group. Guests included Georgina Chapman, models Meghan Roche and Pietro Boselli, IMG Models president Ivan Bart, fashion designer Nanette Lepore, celebrity stylists Micaela Erlanger and Elizabeth Sulcer, Instagram VP of Global Partnerships Charles Porch, as well as THE WELL co-founders Rebecca Parekh, Sarrah Hallock, and Kane Sarhan, and Terra CEO David Martin.

The Bay Harbor Islands location, THE WELL’s first in Miami, is set to open in 2024 and intended to be a wellness space, offering a health-centered spot to mix work and play.
