For instance, a conference room shot demanded a vivid stroke of realism for which Xiaoli immersed herself in observing the real world around her. She noted every intricacy and detail of the reflections around her and replicated them in each frame. She believes that "it's the details that make something look real, and it's the patience to keep working on version after version to make it perfect in each frame.” 

Xiaoli’s mastery of photorealism has breathed life into every visual masterpiece she has worked on. Her inspiration has been the real world, where she “observes everything in life closely."  This eye for realism has helped her blur the boundaries between computer-generated images and the real world we see around us.
