Peruvian singer and rising star A. CHAL has had a busy 2017, riding the wave of his mixtape _ON GAZ._ After touring the country and promoting the set, as well as opening up for BANKS on her European tour this month, today he is premiering the music video for _GAZ_ cut "Perdóname."
While "Love N Hennessey" has taken the top spot as A. CHAL's most popular record in terms of streaming, he says this single is one of his favorites, too.
"'Perdóname' is important to me, because it was one of the first songs where I tapped into my Latin side, for real," he says. "It's side that some of my fans may have never heard from me before. Also, the song was about the guilt I felt about a fling, that I was having at the time. Hence the title."
The grainy video chases A. CHAL through a mix of drugs and women. Filmed in California, he told Flaunt about how much he enjoyed making the video.
"It was important to create a visual for 'Perdóname' because I feel the video naturally lends itself to a sexy, hip, narco-ish concept," he says. "Bob \[Jeusette\] did a great job in executing that vision and overall I'm pretty happy with it. We shot it all in one day in Palm Springs and it was an effortless and fun production.
_ON GAZ_ has been named one of the best projects of the year by _Pigeons and Planes_, and it is available on all streaming platforms. Be sure to check out the new music video above and the rest of his project [here](https://empire.lnk.to/ongaz).
