Enter a realm of Icelandic dream-pop with the electronic trio, [Vök](http://www.vok.is/), including Margrét Rán (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Andri Már (saxophone, synths), and Einar Stef (drums). Defined by shimmering synths, an electronic disco takes place with the stream of each tune. While the group officially announced their sophomore LP, **_In The Dark,_** for release on March 1st, 2019, today they release an album single, “**_Spend The Love_**.” Recorded in Vök's home studio in Reykjavík, front-woman Margrét Rán comments: “Originally written to be a ‘gay’ anthem song, ‘Spend The Love’ is our new dance song which tackles the theme of anti-consumerism. There is a humour in it and a hypocrisy. We thought it was ideal to release it prior to the holiday season! Spend your love, not your money!” With, “feelings made of solid gold,” the synth-pop dance anthem is sure to reach chart heights as their 2017 debut album **_Figure_**, won Album of the Year in the 2018 Icelandic Music Awards.
