To celebrate luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman’s second-floor opening, the retailer toasted their renovation in tandem with malt Scotch whisky distillery The Macallan. In a bar tucked into the corner of the newly redesigned upper level, guests like Igee Okafor, Alex Costa, and Marcel Floruss enjoyed tastings of The Macallan’s various aged whiskys, served in crafted cocktails, neat, or on the rocks. An added VIP fitting suite also offered samples of The Macallan Rare Cask, created from oak casks that imbue the whisky with smoothness in depth as well as notes of sweet raisin.

Apart from the fresh set of amenities, Goodman’s second floor will house exclusive collections and labels with a more intuitive layout tuned to the needs of their client base. Throughout the evening, guests commemorated the elegant remodeling with several drinks concocted with some of the world's finest single malt Scotch whisky.
