German fashion house MCM always keeps a keen eye towards the vast, rapidly changing horizon of luxury. As such, their new SS24 Collection, which debuted in Milan last weekend, is tailored towards a new generation of the splendorous – the collection, titled “Made For Movement,” is inspired by a recent upsurge in digital nomads who carve their own definitions of luxury in a world defined by tradition. Accessories within the collection focalize on practical purpose; MCM has re-imagined the classics by streamlining shapes, structures, and fabrics. Ready-to-wear portions of the collection focus on comfortable, travel-ready textures, which introduce a unique versatility to pieces that allows them to defy genre, intent, and expectation.
