On Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, leading Menswear retailer MR PORTER celebrated the launch of ‘MR PORTER In America,’ a campaign and capsule collection that celebrates contemporary American menswear. The launch party took place at a private Bel Air residence in Los Angeles, offering sweeping views of the city. Music was provided by Miami-based DJ Jason Panton, and attendees included Lukas Gage, Kilo Kish, Brett Gelman, Kitty Cash, and more.

The collection features over forty brands, including over six hundred pieces spanning from ready-to-wear to footwear to jewelry. Featured brands include Tom Ford, Thom Browne, Ralph Lauren, éliou, Gallery Dept., and more. Along with the capsule collection, MR PORTER will also introduce 12 new brands to the site, including Collina Strada, Cherry LA, Greg Yuna, and more.

Over the span of three weeks, MR PORTER will celebrate the collection with a global campaign that draws inspiration from three iconic American motifs; week one being ‘Coast to Coast’—a campaign that aims to capture the essence of American coastal culture, week two being ‘Downtown Culture’—a campaign that highlights the streetwear and nightlife movements, and week three being ‘The Pioneer Spirit’—a campaign that captures the spirit of the great outdoors. The campaign is set to include exclusive editorial content including an interview with NY-based jeweler Greg Yuna, a behind-the-curtain look into The Elder Statesman’s Los Angeles factory, and a feature on Miami’s buzzing nightlife scene.
