Forged and Foraged from the Highlands of Jalisco, Cierto Tequila's Blanco expression embodies the region's terroir. The agave is slow cooked, before being distilled in alembic copper pot stills, a process start-to-finish that is notably additive free. Herbaceous and floral aromas of the agave imbue a refined sense of craft, history, and playful innovation, not unlike the Cactilabra from LA artist Peter Shire.
