Colombian pop vocalist [Lao Ra](https://www.instagram.com/laoramusica/?hl=en) has not only proven herself as a sought-after collaborator with the likes of Dillon Francis and C. Tangana, but as a progressively singular voice in the genre as well. Her artistic evolution continues with the official music video for “Suena Taz,” premiering exclusively today on FLAUNT.
Directed by Silvia Prietov at Lucy Animation Studio, the psychedelic music video is the third part of a visual trilogy about a toxic relationship, its ongoing fallout, and eventual healing. Its colorful approach underlines Lao Ra’s intended message of bravery and hope, as she pushes through hell to reach the other side.

Lao Ra explains her single as “the sound of a bed hitting the wall—like when you have sex, but the thing is you’re not the one having sex. You’re hearing the sound from afar. It’s a metaphor of the echoes of an old relationship you keep hearing relentlessly, even though you’re not physically there.”
With the dramatic conclusion to her relationship trilogy complete, Lao Ra looks toward new music in 2020 and beyond.
