She is Founder and Creative Director of Strike Oil, a rule bending streetwear brand she founded in 2018 to explore the intersections of art, fashion, and activism. As a member of California’s Getty family, Nats turned the challenges of life in the public eye into art after she was introduced to the Los Angeles street art scene by Mr. Brainwash, who encouraged her to funnel her self-expression into social-political criticism and resistance. Today, Nats uses mixed media to convey her bold message of civil rights and anti-fascism with Strike Oil, and with her large format paintings.
