Joe Heyes is a 21-year-old successful entrepreneur in the e-commerce space. He is an experienced e-commerce entrepreneur running a business empire that he created from scratch in just 4 years time.
Joe was born and raised in a middle working-class family that struggled financially. He saw first-hand the pressure, stress, and problems that accompanied the financial situation. His parents often struggled to put food on the table and even to afford rent and electricity.
These struggles, unfortunately, resulted in a toxic home environment, with Joe and his mother having to suffer through a decade of mental and physical abuse from his dad. This also led to a divorce, with his parents’ parting ways after 20 years of marriage. Though Joe kept a close relationship with his mom, she ended up kicking him out at 17 over a disagreement.
Life took a turn for Joe, forcing him to become homeless. This was a tough and challenging time for the young teen, who could barely put his life together. Joe says he had left him feeling broken-down, prideless and empty. A humiliated Joe took to the streets with only his closest friends to turn to for shelter and food.
Fortunately, the young Joe was determined to find his purpose in life. The tough moments did not hold him back from dreaming and manifesting what he wanted to be. Joe attests to the experience making him understand the power of making decisions. The whole experience helped him learn the 3-step process: execution, persistence, and success. He believes this process is key to solving anything in life.
Joe argues that some people may find it cliché, but it's the magic that re-shaped his life. He still applies this simple mantra to drive his life and has acquired an artwork representing the same, hanging on the wall in his Manchester Penthouse apartment. The three steps guided him to resolve that homelessness and realize that failure was not an option in life. He became obsessed with writing down his goals and dreams, manifesting how to make them happen. He also took his time to understand the power of patience and consistency. It's at the same time that he developed a deep passion and love for the business world.
Joe's first successful business venture was buying iPhones with broken screens, repairing and then reselling them at a profit. His dedication and commitment saw him scale to buying, repairing, and reselling 10–20 products a day. He gradually grew and was soon flipping iPhones and investing his profits in the foreign exchange market. His hard work, execution, and persistence have seen him invest into and grow an Amazon e-commerce business. Joe has also successfully established DTC e-commerce brand in the most recent year. In his 4 years of dedication Joe has also acquired his dream apartment and car, which he considers his signature on the dotted line of independence.
Incredibly, Joe has achieved everything by doing it all by himself. Everything along the way being self-taught from podcasts, books, and YouTube content. He believes that anything is possible, no matter the current hardships or circumstances you are in. To Joe, your mindset is all that matters, and all you need is to adopt a positive mindset with a clear manifestation of what you want to achieve.
