Luxury shoe-brand John Lobb has opened a new location in Beverly Hills, designed by French architecture studio, Ciguë.
The design of the house-styled store centers itself around a fixed structure, a “built-in capsule in walnut wood and matte metal,” which combines elements of rustic, warm home decor with modernized, sci-fi inspired designs. This innovative structure aligns itself perfectly with John Lobb’s values, notably sustainability.
Inside the home, Concierges greet guests, offering shoe repair and pampering services to help prolong the lifetime of each pair of shoes. The brand also offers consumers the ability to design their own custom pair of shoes, as a part of the John Lobb “By Request” project. Inside drawers located within the store, customers can find leather samples, color options, various types of metal for the buckles, and soles.
The brand seeks to provide unique designs for every occasion, whether that be a formal event or a casual, everyday walk down the street.
