Co-created and executive produced by Shannon Burke and Jonas and Josh Pate, _Outer Banks_ is an edge-of-your-seat drama set on the coast of North Carolina. When a tight-knit group of teens from the “wrong side of the tracks” uncovers a chilling long-hidden secret, it sets off a chain-reaction of illicit adventure that the teens will never forget. I think that Netflix does a really good job of taking people who are truly talented and giving them a chance. There are teenagers going through addiction; they are going through gender identifies, suicidal thoughts, abuse, and pressure.  **How do each of you relate or not relate to your respective characters?** I relate to Kiara because, at the end of the day, she is going to take care of the people she loves and the rest isn’t important. I am such a homebody, so I love my family to death. **What attracted you to this project and what do you think will attract viewers?** Who doesn’t love a good underdog story? We are the Pogues, you want to see us do good! * * * See the other profiles on the cast of Outer Banks: [Madelyn Cline](https://flaunt.com/content/madelyn-cline-outer-banks), [Jonathan Daviss](https://flaunt.com/content/jonathan-daviss-outer-banks), [Rudy Panjow](https://flaunt.com/content/rudy-panjow-outer-banks), and [Chase Stokes](https://flaunt.com/content/chase-stokes-outer-banks).
