[Millie Turner](https://www.instagram.com/millieturner/?hl=en) is here to make sure you’re dancing your way through 2021. Born and raised in East London, the singer-songwriter returns with her newest dance-pop anthem titled “Concrete Tragedy.” Released via AWAL Recordings, the record is paired with a fun lyric video to match.
Speaking on the record, Millie states, “‘Concrete Tragedy’ takes place in the late night streets of London, when the world’s asleep but your imagination is alive! It encapsulates the liberating feeling of dancing through streets alone with the shadows, you become so in-tune and in love with the world in darkness and yourself in it.”
Similar to the rest of the world, Mille’s 2020 took a chaotic turn when she had to halt her tour with pop phenomenon Tove Lo due to the COVID-10 pandemic. But similar to the rest of her music, she remained positive and spirited, creating uplifting ballads for audiences all around the world to enjoy.
“Concrete Jungle” serves as the first single off Millie’s forthcoming mini-album titled _Eye Of The Storm_. Fans can also expect a rework of her breakout song “(Breathe) Underwater” on the project. Give it a listen below!
