Having started at the site of the iconic “Black Lives Matter” mural in Washington D.C. on May 13th, 14 artworks by 15 international artists, selected by a renowned jury, were and will be showcased in 5 different U.S. cities throughout May and June. Aiming to tackle the theme of racial justice and equity, the installation was showed in Atlanta on May 20, and Los Angeles on May 27, and now it will go up in Chicago on June 10, and the final public installation will be projected onto The Brooklyn Public Library in New York City on June 14. In addition, on May 20 Pitroda Art launched an auction of the selected artworks in partnership with Mastercard on its [Priceless.com](https://www.priceless.com/pitroda) platform, closing on June 17, with a portion of the proceeds going to the National Urban League, a historic civil rights organization dedicated to economic empowerment, equality and social justice.
