He loves to use his platform to inspire others to think outside the box as well as spread love and positivity. What is your favorite place to create TikToks and why? My favorite place to create TikToks is really anywhere I am inspired by. I love to create in my home, but also love to incorporate the world around me as my backdrop. I went to Paris for Fashion Week last year and still some of my favorite videos are just simply showing my outfits walking the amazing streets of Paris!

How did your relationship with TikTok change in quarantine? Quarantine scared me at first, but after I got into the groove that this was the situation now, I quickly became a creating machine, and felt so inspired by my home space, which I didn't give enough love to beforehand. I wanted to be that escape for people struggling during a time like quarantine. I wanted to give them a feeling of inspiration and creativity. What is something you've often heard about using TikTok that is untrue? I can't stand the people that continuously classify the platform as a child's platform. I have learned SO much using the platform, from cooking to finances to hidden messaging in tv shows, it all there, and there is something for anyone/any age. If you have to eat one thing for the rest of 2020, what is it? Anything asian! I LOVE asian food. I had to teach myself how to make a lot of asian dishes during quarantine because I could not go without it! What have you overcome doubt in yourself recently? I feel like doubt is something that I kind of deal with like a roller coaster. Some days I am doubting things and some I am not, and in a way i am grateful for it. I've learned a lot of things in life come in waves an that you just have to ride the wave, have a positive outlook, and have confidence in yourself. I used to doubt my creativity a lot, but I don't do that anymore, and my mindset is SO much better because of it. I have also realized to NOT look for any validation in social media likes/followers, and to create, post, etc because you want to create.

Why do you think self-expression is more important than ever? Self-expression is what makes us all so unique and beautiful in our own ways. It shapes us into the people we are, and allowing yourself to have self-expression opens your mind and eyes up to so much more in the world as well. By expressing yourself you also indirectly help so many others learn to express themselves, which is a beautiful thing! Give some advice to the you of last year? STOP WORRYING SO MUCH! I used to worry worry worry about everything! I let anxiety take over and wasn't able to fully just LIVE! I owe a lot to finding TikTok for realizing that as well. It taught me to be even more confident in myself, and to follow my vision, not someone else's!
