Trixie Mattel is a self-proclaimed “singer, actor, drag queen, cosmetics maven, renovation expert and recognized “Skinny Legend,” a woman of many varied talents. In 2024 alone, Trixie reached over 2 million subscribers on YouTube, premiered Season 2 of her popular motel show “Trixie Motel: Drag Me Home,” took the internet by storm with her podcast “The Bald and the Beautiful with Trixie and Katya,” collaborated on a viral video with Dua Lipa and was awarded the Harvard College Humanist Club's Outstanding Lifetime Achievement in Cultural Humanism Award. Adding to her extensive list of accomplishments, this month Trixie will launch “9 to 5,” a new makeup collection for her beauty brand Trixie Cosmetics.

“9 to 5” is a collection of everyday lip essentials: five lipsticks in satin and matte finishes, five new Lip Sync Gel lip liners and a heart-shaped sharpener. Though designed for the corporate world—to be worn to the office, paired with the likes of trousers and blazers and pencil skirts—it still retains the playful, fun and somehow nostalgic essence of the Trixie Cosmetics brand.

Packaged in Barbie doll pink and marketed in a cheeky campaign, the collection is anything but boring, basic or serious. "9 to 5" will be available for purchase on August 8th.
