The iconic Italian fine jewelry line, Pomellato, celebrated its late August grand reopening last week in Beverly Hills — a new space with a luxurious design, taking customers through an elegant atmosphere that focuses on timeless yet modern jewelry. The stores red laquer, gold chains, and royal purple chairs honor the brands signature colored gems. The brand hosted an elegant cocktail hour at the Pomellato store, bringing together guests like Chiara Ferragni, social media influencer and the face of the Pomellato From Women campaign. Following the gathering, Chiara joined guests who proceeded to the rooftop terrace at Christie’s, where they viewed the campaign that was originally introduced in May on International Women’s Day. At the heels of the brands 50th anniversary, the Pomellato For Women’s campaign celebrates women through “the timeless beauty of individual personality”. Ferragni’s blog The Blonde Salad launched back in 2009 has propelled her into entrepreneurial success, which proves why Pomellato describes her as an “influencer-model-guru-CEO”. In talking to the radiant Chiara, we learned more about her work with Pomellato and why her voice represents one of the many women changing the tide in leadership, art and culture. **_How did this collaboration with Pomellato come together?_** Pomellato is a brand that has always been loved in my family, my mother have some Pomellato pieces and now I do to. I love that it's an Italian brand with a strong Milanese heart , like me, and even more it's such a contemporary and updated brand, that speaks directly to women. It's a great honor to me to be the face of Pomellato, after all the beautiful and strong women that have posed for this brand. I'm also a great fan of Sabina Belli, Pomellato's CEO, she's a great source of inspiration to me. **_What kind of woman do you envision wearing Pomellato jewelry?_** A strong and independent woman. Someone who is focused and great in what she does, a satisfied and fulfilled person.  A woman who can gift herself a jewel, because she doesn't need a man to buy her one, because she is independent and likes to celebrate important moments in her life, a baby, an advancement in her career or reaching an important goal. Pomellato's design is timeless and desiderable, which makes it a perfect gift also if you want to communicate a strong emotion to a person you love. **_What was your inspiration for the collaboration, do you want to evoke a certain feeling or time?_** I wanted something timeless, like Pomellato's collections and being photographed by Peter Lindbergh for this campaign was a great honor and pleasure. I've been collecting his books and his black and white pictures are so powerful and emotional. I'm so happy of the result. **_What gender challenges and benefits do you think women face working in the arts these days?_** Thanks to the Internet and Social Media, woman have the opportunity to raise their voice and to have a bigger chance to be heard. I think it's important to remember that the bigger audience who have, whether on Instagram, Youtube or on printed media, who you still have the responsibility of your actions and choices. **_What inspires you to create?_** I'm inspired by everything, for my friends, my followers' emails, travelling, a movie or a documentary. Inspiration comes from everywhere.
