While millions chase this coveted award, only a few are fortunate to receive it. DannyBoyStyles is one such producer who says he has won not one but two Grammy awards in his career. The producer, sound engineer, songwriter, and composer has also topped hot billboard charts with his debut track. While that paved the way for a successful career in the music industry, Danny did not limit his talent to only the music studio. He has recently emerged as a producer of "a body of work" for artists, accompanying them from the beginning to the successful completion of a project. Danny Schofield adopted the professional name DannyBoyStyles. He was raised in Miami, Florida, and was tutored by his father, a music enthusiast. Danny discovered his passion for music and honed his production skills under the supervision of his uncle. At the age of 25, Danny got the first opportunity to work as a producer for the song "This Is Why I’m Hot" by Mims. He states that the song ranked number 1 on the Hot 100 billboard chart and stormed several music charts for 32 weeks. Since then his professional career has never seen a downward curve. After his initial success, Danny was offered the opportunity to produce more projects for Mims, such as the “Music Is My Savior” album. As he expanded his connections in the industry, Danny met Amir "Cash" Esmailian and Tony Sal who were co-managers of rapper Belly and the Weeknd. He onboarded Sal as his manager and got several opportunities to work with prominent names in the industry. His next project was producing all 10 songs on "Kissland", the Weeknd's debut studio album. Danny won his first Grammy award for working on the Weeknd's “Beauty Behind the Madness”. He was behind the production and songwriting for "Often", "Acquainted", and "Angel." He received the next Grammy for co-writing "6 Inch" for Beyoncé in 2013. The song appeared on the album ‘Lemonade” and won a Grammy for "Best Urban Contemporary Album”. Today, Danny is a sought-after producer in the industry for his instrumental take on every aspect of music. Whether working with an artist, writing and composing songs in a studio, or assisting a music director in organizing a tour, Danny gives 100 percent to the project he undertakes. From the first day till the completion of the project, Danny never hesitates to contribute whatever it takes to make the project an explosive success. Apart from winning two Grammy awards, Danny was also nominated and won the 2007-2008 ASCAP Songwriter award. The producer has so far sold 100 million combined records in his career, a feat achieved by only a few in this industry. DannyBoyStyles wants to continue his career as a producer, engineer, songwriter, and now a manager. With his strong work ethic, dedication, and diligence, Danny wants to leave behind a legacy to inspire generations of new talents in the music industry.
