With our Zoom schedules aligned and coffee brewing in our kitchen, this isolation period can also be spent revitalizing our creativity. In times of depleting energy, we must learn to value appreciativeness for those around us and tap into the right side of our brain where creativity thrives. Ganni urges those with a creative entity to challenge themselves by creating any artwork tied to the ‘HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS’ theme. The contest coordination is as follows: send 1-2 unpublished images or artwork you have created that fit the theme. Winners of the competition will be featured as part of Ganni’s Kiosk exhibition held in August during SS21 CFW. The first prize winner is set to receive €1,500 gift card, meanwhile runners-up will receive a €500 gift card. For those of us who have the luxury of spending our time indoors, Ganni demonstrates that we can use this time to create something that showcases the inherent value for a global community.
