Mikey Tanha: Early Life Mikey Tanha was born to immigrant parents who fled Iran during the revolution to give him a better life. There has always been a passion for success that drives him to be the best at whatever he does. Tanha has always given it his all, whether it's nailing high school as a valedictorian, continuing success through college with a 3.5 GPA at UCLA or being on the men’s basketball team. How He Overcome His Biggest Challenge The biggest challenge that Tanha faced was to find a career that he loved. He believes that unless you love what you do, you cannot put in the extra effort to make your work stand out and be extraordinary. In his initial years, he had always chased money but never found satisfaction in his work. That was until his now business partner, Tosh Berman, approached him with the idea of collaborating with him for the restaurant business.
