Earlier today (Aug. 25), Daniel Caesar released his soulful debut album filled with sweet R&B rhythms and harmonious collaborations with H.E.R, Syd, and Charlotte Day Wilson. The album, _Freudian_, added on to singles “We Find Love” and “Blessed," which were released in June.
The Toronto-based singer-songwriter sings of love in emotional ballads like “Get You,” released in April of 2017 featuring Kali Uchis: “Through drought and famine, natural disasters/ My baby has been around for me/ Kingdoms have fallen, angels be calling/ None of that could ever make me leave/ Every time I look into your eyes I see it/ You're all I need/ Every time I get a bit inside I feel it.”
