Since graduating from Beaux Arts in Paris in 1998, visual artist Ghyslain Bertholon has continuously explored ideas of polymorphism, the signifier versus signified, and sight versus imagination in his primarily sculptural artworks. Introducing his first solo exhibition in America by way of the downtown Los Angeles space [Please Do Not Enter](Please Do Not Enter), Bertholon will exhibit select collections of works such as _Trochés de Face_, a satirical criticism on the vanity of hunters and an exploration of dominant relationships between humans and animals.
[Please Do Not Enter](http://pleasedonotenter.com) is the brainchild of art and design collectors Nicolas Libert and Emmanuel Renoird, created as a space dedicated to representing all forms of contemporary creation ranging from Art and Fashion to Luxury Accessories.
