Mitchell's most significant challenge is recognizing when it's time to leave a business and move on to another venture when the market changes and runs out of steam. This is evident throughout his entrepreneurial career, where he has transitioned from one business to another. Selling sneakers was one of the early ventures that he dropped to focus on streetwear like Supreme; still amassing a valuable personal sneaker collection. Making the transition wasn't easy for Mitchell since he had a great love for sneakers, but he finally made a move to continue evolving in business. To him, being an entrepreneur can take many different shapes according to voids in the market, trends, and other essential factors, hence the need to be super dynamic.
With eyes locked on achieving more success, Mitchell’s advice to others is never to give up. Mitchell adds that when you believe in something, you need to stick to your vision, have laser focus, and work nonstop to achieve your goals. There is nothing more important than hard work, accomplishing tasks, and ultimately, the proof is in the results.
Mitchell is also focusing on his education with a dream to land an internship opportunity with an innovative organization. The goal is to enrich his education and industry know-how to empower himself with knowledge and experience for his future business endeavors. At present, Mitchell is pursuing technology startups.
