The vast design world of Louis Vuitton was born from a place of structure, functionality, and elegance. The classic LV trunks and luggage were merely the beginning of what would become a global design empire. Not only are the bags hung high in closets across the world, but furniture and home decor are spread across living spaces capturing the playfully refined essence of Louis Vuitton. This year at Milan Design Week, Louis Vuitton introduced new additions to five home collections: Objet Nomades, Signature Collection, Exceptional Gaming, Home Decoration and Textiles, and Table Arts. Each collection blends classic LV motifs with fresh design choices.

Objet Nomades features the Kaleidoscope Cabinet which is created in 8 different colors and each is one of one. The collection was started in 2012 to showcase an innovative and experimental spirit to the home collections. Each exclusively made item is designed to elevate the last collection. New additions to the Home Decor and Textiles collection feature colorful ceramics and leather objects from Spanish designer Jaime Hayon, creating a playfully colorful world for springtime. Designer Patricia Urquiola made catch-all trays and vases inspired by the Objet Nomades collection, creating cohesive through-lines between each collection making for seamless design choices.

The Signature Collection is the House’s connection to home. Embracing warm woods and textures to create modular couches and other furniture the collection continues to exemplify comfort and elegance. Filling the space with connections from old to new, motifs to the original LV trunks and contemporary designs complement each other through spirit and culture. The Exceptional Gaming collection receives the addition of a pinball machine inspired by menswear director Pharrell Williams Louis Vuitton Men's SS25 runway show. The conceptual collection also introduces Estúdio Campana’s reinterpretation of a football table. Lastly, the Table Arts collection features a new deep black color in the coiling collection by Japanese designer Nendo. Part of the collection also pays homage to the futurist designer Fortunato Depero with tableware and textiles reminiscent of his avant-garde design style. Overall each new addition showcases the dedication to innovative design within the Home Collections at Louis Vuitton.
