The Prada Fall/Winter 2023 Womenswear fashion show was held on February 23 inside the Deposito at Fondazione Prada, Milan. The collection, designed around a notion of transformation, sees cocooning volumes re-shape classic tailored outerwear, inspired by the male wardrobe. Leather and suede pieces draw from protective clothing, while flowers are evocative of fashion as a gesture of care.

A notion of transformation extends to the space of the Deposito of the Fondazione Prada,  where a moving ceiling reengineered dimensions, alternatively amplifying and reducing the room. The process uncovered floral decoration previously concealed within the industrial form, prompting a new point of view that the collection also calls to.
