On Tuesday Night, FKA twigs took the stage at LA’s Palace Theater launching the start of her first international tour since 2015. This comes following the long awaited release of her new radiant single [_Cellophane_](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YkLjqFpBh84)_,_ and an ethereal, theatrical music video to match. The transcendent song and video caused quite a buzz, being Twigs’ first musical release since 2016, and our first peek into her to upcoming second studio album.

Twigs’ performance at the Palace was equally performative and artistic, featuring her signature emotive vocals, grandiose stage presence, and many skilled dancers. Directed by Theo Adams and FKA twigs herself, the entire show oozed with dramatic aesthetic expression, from abstract choreography to the cleverly used industrial scaffolding set design. Twigs boasted some of her gravity defying pole-dancing skills as seen in her _Cellophane_ music video, and wowed the crowd with her range of sultry to operatic performative styles.
