 In today’s day and age, starting a restaurant chain requires effective planning, undeterred passion, and accurate use of social media. One entrepreneur from San Fernando has done well with the help of these factors; he is Mr. Gabriel Barajas of tacos and fries’ chain – ‘Quieres TacosWay’. After the opening of his restaurant in just four years, Gabriel now owns four more outlets, making his food chain now a brand. When he first opened the restaurant, the business was really slow, but he didn’t want to give in to his childhood dream. It was then that he got a glorious idea – to make a song for his restaurant, which he created with his friend Eddie. With the effective use of his social media channels, he started getting a lot of attention, and people began coming to try the newly opened food place. When kids in their teenage, were breezing through their lives, Gabriel would clean floors, chalkboards and take out the trash. He didn’t complete higher education and focused his efforts on realizing his dream of becoming an entrepreneur.  Even in his family’s worst phase, his father reminded him to never stop smiling and taught him to be mentally tough. Gabriel has displayed a positive mental attitude and developed a never-say-die spirit after that. To realize his goal of becoming an entrepreneur, he worked 16 hours a day, for 7 days a week, which has taken TacosWay to a prominent position it enjoys today.
