On Tuesday Panerai invited Flaunt to an intimate evening, sharing in the joys of their newest timepieces as well as the elegant dinner and drinks.
Panerai’s historic Luminor design has transformed to Luminor Due 3 Days Automatic models, their thinnest and most versatile creation to date. It’s elegant face has a logical design, yet still manages to inspire minimalist lines for every wrist’s delight. This newest installment come in stainless steel or red gold cases with 42 mm and 38 mm in diameter.

In the history of the 158-year-old company, the Italian watchmakers have never made a 38 mm diameter, something to take note of. Interesting fact, these watches were created to adapt to withhold the pressure from WWII missile submarines. Celebration for this — and so much more — was definitely in order for Panerai.

Upon arriving we chose a watch to throw on for the evening. Naturally we chose the more statement making LUMINOR Submersible 1950. While the shimmering clock faces stared up into the night, glasses of shimmering champagne were served at the Panerai Boutique in Beverly Hills. A decadent dinner followed at Jean-Georges at the Waldorf Astoria, the perfect scene to bid the night addio.
