How does it feel to be 22 years old and drop an innovative music video accompanying a debut album via G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam Recordings all on the same day? “It feels euphoric but also very nerve wracking,” answered the artist herself with surprising simplicity. Danielle Balbuena, better known as [070 Shake](https://www.instagram.com/070shake/), has accomplished more than most can comprehend since her career start in 2016, and today is the day that we celebrate the culmination of her biggest personal project yet. In 2018, Kanye West called on 070 Shake to his Wyoming Sessions, and her vocals on "Ghost Town" and "Violent Crimes" from the album, [_Ye,_](https://open.spotify.com/album/2Ek1q2haOnxVqhvVKqMvJe?si=D74vEUBWRj6ieXecvzJX7Q) were the result of the most hands-on learning experience a young creative could have. She has now parlayed these lessons into her album, Modus Vivendi- a 14 track ominous adventure through the mind of a young visionary paved with emo-accents and alternative imagination.  070 Shake’s success can be understood in the fact that she is unlike any other artist out there at the moment. The New Jersey native first gained international attention for her uniquely deep and grounded voice, something she says that she channeled, “When I stopped liking hi hats and snares.” From there, 070 Shake became recognizable for her ability to effortlessly leave all gender and social binaries out of her bona fide aesthetic. The video released today for the track “Guilty Conscience” is a great example of this as it portrays the innovator smashing TV’s and twirling around without femininity. That said, 070 Shake doesn’t see herself as a leader of this sort of social movement for our generation as she explains, “I don’t like to put myself into a box or categorize myself. I identify with being human.”  Although 070 Shake may not identify as a Gen Z General, her imprint on us does not go unnoticed. With the creation of her music video, I wondered how she felt about the connection that the digital generation has to a visual media component with music? “Visuals allow you to consume the message in a clearer way,” She stated. ”Being able to see colors and movement is very appealing to the human eye.”  070 Shake will be celebrating these releases with an upcoming world tour (dates below), but we all began celebrating when we pressed play on track one. Sit down, relax, and let yourself feel all the feels from Modus Vivendi brought to you by one human being to another. * * * Tour Dates Jan.     19        Dublin, IR                    Button Factory – UPGRADED & SOLD OUT             20        London, UK                 Village Underground – UPGRADED & SOLD OUT             22        Cologne, DE               Yuka – SOLD OUT             23        Amsterdam, NL           Melkweg – UPGRADED             25        Paris, FR                     La Trabendo – UPGRADED & SOLD OUT             27        Berlin, DE                    Bi Nuu – SOLD OUT             28        Copenhagen, DK        Vega – UPGRADED & SOLD OUT             29        Stockholm, SE            Debaser Strand – UPGRADED             31        Rome, IT                     Goa Club Feb.     1          Barcelona, SP             Sala Apollo 2             5          San Francisco, CA      The Independent             7          W.
